1. Placement method
When the concrete pump is not in construction, the whole machine should be placed horizontally. The maximum allowable tilt angle is 30, because the greater the horizontal tilt angle, the servo of the fabric will be overloaded. At the same time, if one or several legs of the boom leave the ground, the stability of the machine will be endangered. The outboard supports must be reset until all the outboard supports can be reliably supported on the ground.
2. Adjusted prosperity
In order to ensure that the pumping work of the oil drain arm is in the best condition, the following points should be done: 1. The pumping work of the oil drain arm should be kept in the best condition. Raise the 1 section arm by 45 degrees; 2. Rotate the oil drain lever by 180 degrees; 3. Extend the 2 section arm by 90 degrees; 4. Extend the 3, 4 and 5 parts of the arm to a horizontal position; if the boom is The last section can be in a horizontal position, and the pumping state is the most ideal.
3. Pumping status adjustment
If the position where the boom is placed in the last section is horizontal, the flow rate of the concrete will slow down. This can reduce the wear of the delivery pipe and the end hose. When the pump is stopped, only the concrete at the end of the hose will flow out. If the last section of the boom is placed downwards, the concrete in this part of the pipe will flow faster under its own weight. In this way, when the pump stops, the concrete in the pipeline will continue to flow out.
4. Points for stopping the pump
When the pump stops for more than 5 minutes, the concrete in the end hose must be discharged, otherwise the concrete in the end hose will be dehydrated. When pumping again, spray the concrete violently so that the end hose is easily damaged.
