Industrial Dust Collector is also known as Industrial vacuum cleaner. Industrial Dust Collector is an equipment used for Industrial use to collect and absorb waste media particles, Dust smoke, oil and water, etc. generated in production, operation and transportation. Industrial vacuum cleaners adopt AC power source, with large power. They are generally divided into mobile and fixed types.

Industrial dust collector is an equipment used for industrial use to collect and absorb waste medium particles, dust, smoke, oil and water produced during production, operation and transportation.

The main equipment used for separating dust particles in daily industry are gravity settling dust collector, inertial dust collector, electric dust collector, wet dust collector, filter dust collector and cyclone dust collector.

1. How it works

Industrial dust collector

Through the fan or air pump to make the machine internal air is drawn out, so the machine internal and external pressure difference, that is, the so-called negative pressure, the higher the negative pressure, the stronger the suction. Vacuum cleaner is actually very simple mechanical equipment, mainly composed of a vortex pump or fan convulsions, sundry after suction nozzle and vacuum tube into the machine, first enter a filter bag, generally is non-woven fabric, after primary filter, carry a small dust in the air through a special filter, again by the secondary filter, then through the fan discharge outlets, basically filtration efficiency can reach above 99%.

2. Classification and application scope

The Industrial dust collecting system has a large number of types and can be used separately or in a supporting manner. So the scope of application varies by category. When choosing to use a vacuum cleaner, also want to be optimistic about the type, according to the characteristics of dust removal to choose the appropriate type.

3. Maintenance and maintenance editing

Check before use: open the barrel cover to check whether the dust bag is fastened, whether the suction nozzle is secured, and cover the barrel cover. Check the power voltage, if necessary, pay attention to the positive and negative rotation of the motor.

Replace the belt: some industrial vacuum cleaners with belt type transmission need to replace the new conveyor belt. Open the back door of the vacuum cleaner for replacement. If the belt is loose, open the side door and adjust the control nut to the proper position.

Notes during use: Common (non-explosion-proof) machines are strictly prohibited to be used in inflammable and explosive places; Non-special material filter bag shall not absorb burning fire and ultra-high temperature waste. It is strictly prohibited to use in the absence of dust bag or filter, otherwise it will directly cause damage to the fan; When the filter bag and filter are damaged, they should be replaced in time and cannot be used any more. The suction hose shall not be crushed, trampled or worn; The temperature in the shell of the rear box is high, especially after working for a long time, pay attention to scald; Too much debris should be cleaned in the dust bucket timely and filter bags and filters should be cleaned regularly to ensure smooth operation; When the vacuum cleaner is overloaded, the thermal relay in the control box will automatically cut off the power supply. At this time, the power plug must be unplugged to find out the cause. After the thermal relay is reset, it will be used in line. After the work is finished, the power should be cut off and placed in a cool and dry place. This can effectively extend the service life of the industrial dust collector.

4. Troubleshooting editor

Large noise - Causes: serious bearing wear, shaft bending, blade shaft deformation or displacement, loose fasteners, motor wear (brush, rotor, bearing, etc.), fan blade loose or damaged, etc.

Motor overheat - Causes: continuous working time is too long, too much spark is generated due to wear of brush and commutes, too much ash is stuck on the filter, dust collecting room is full of ash, etc.

Drop in suction -- Causes: motor failure, brush wear, dust filter dampened, dust collecting room full, hose and dust inlet or exhaust outlet blocked, pipeline leakage, poor interface seal, etc.

Fuse (pipe) connection fuses -- Causes: short circuit in power cord, plug, seat, motor coil, and vacuum cleaner internal connection.

Case is electrified -- Cause: the power cord is aging, so there is leakage to the ground, and the internal circuit of the vacuum cleaner comes into contact with the case.
